Moovit App Global Ltd. and its affiliates (“Moovit”, “we”, or “our”) invites you to use our Safe Ride Service made available via our mobile App and associated WebApp. Please read this Safe Ride privacy policy (this “Safe Ride Privacy Policy”) carefully before accessing and using the Safe Ride Service. Capitalized terms which are not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Moovit’s general Terms of Service or the Safe Ride Terms of Service, as applicable.

By accessing or using the Safe Ride Service, you are accepting the practices described in this Safe Ride Privacy Policy and the Safe Ride Terms of Service. If you disagree to any term provided herein, you may not access or use the Safe Ride Service.

This Safe Ride Privacy Policy is merely an addendum thereto and all Users and Safety Contacts remain subject to Moovit’s general Privacy Notice, as applicable to each and as amended or supplemented herein. In case of a contradiction between the terms of this Safe Ride Privacy Policy and the general Privacy Notice, the specific conflicting terms of this Safe Ride Privacy Policy will take precedence with respect to your use of the Safe Ride Service.

Please note: you are not obligated by law to provide us with any information. You hereby acknowledge, warrant and agree that any information you do provide us is provided of your own free will and consent, for the purposes and uses described herein.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

As a User through the App, we collect information as is described in the general Privacy Notice.

As a Safety Contact, we collect only your name and mobile phone number from the User in order to enable the Safe Ride Service.

4. TO WHOM WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

As a User through the App, we will share your information, including your real-time location data, with your registered Safety Contact in addition to those third parties as are described in the general Privacy Notice.

As a Safety Contact, we will share your information only with the third parties as are described under “Service Providers/Data Processors,” “Governmental/Law Enforcement Agencies and Legal Requests or Duties,” “Protecting Rights and Safety,” and “Moovit Subsidiaries and Affiliated Companies” in the general Privacy Notice.

7. COMMUNICATIONS FROM MOOVIT

As a User through the App, we may contact you as is described in the general Privacy Notice.

As a Safety Contact, we may contact you by SMS messages or other notifications sent to your mobile phone number only as necessary to provide the Safe Ride Service. You may discontinue receipt of such service communications by disabling the Safe Ride Service or using the “unsubscribe” link presented through the WebApp, as applicable, or by sending an email to support@moovit.com.

8. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

9. HOW LONG MAY WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

As a User through the App, we retain your information as is described in the general Privacy Notice.

As a Safety Contact, retain your information only as necessary to provide the Safe Ride Service.
