All around the world people are busy rooting around in the back of their closets to find their leprechaun-inspired top hats and dusting off their token green t-shirt, preparing for the St Patrick’s Day celebrations on 17 March.

St Patrick’s Day Tips

Don’t take a car — Transit agencies have warned that with the crowds, public transit is the best way to navigate the city on St Patrick’s Day, so leave your car at home skip the long car-parking queues.
