Moovit+ Promotional Offers – Terms & Conditions

1.      Introduction. Those promotional offers (“Offer”) is provided by Moovit App Global Ltd. (“Moovit”) to eligible users of the Moovit App. By accepting the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Offers Terms and Conditions (“Promotion T&Cs”), which are in addition to and incorporate by reference Moovit’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by reference. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in these Promotion T&Cs shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Moovit’s Terms of Service.

2.      Offer and Reward Details. Eligible users will receive one (1) digital Reward per Offer. “Reward” means a promotional incentive, the nature and value of which will be determined by Moovit at its sole discretion, which may include, but is not limited to, a digital gift card, coupon, voucher, prepaid card, or other form of incentive, as determined by Moovit at our sole discretion. The specific value and applicable redemption options for the Reward will be disclosed at the time the Offer is made available or as indicated on the Reward, with expiration date and validity as set forth on the Reward itself. Rewards may be redeemable at participating third-party merchants, which are subject to change from time to time. The Offer and any Reward are intended as a limited-time marketing incentive associated with your use of the Moovit Services.

3.      Third Party Service. This Offers are administered by Tremendous, LLC (“Tremendous”), a Third Party Service, and the activation and use of such Reward is subject to Tremendous’ Terms and Privacy Policy. The terms of the Reward provider are as described in https://buyme.co.il/.

4.      Delivery and Activation. The Reward will be delivered within the Moovit App after successful completion of the eligibility criteria. To activate your Reward, you must navigate to the My Offer page of your Moovit Account and claim the Reward. Once activated within the applicable time period, your Reward will be administered exclusively by Tremendous subject to their terms and conditions.

5.      Claim Period and Expiration. You must claim your Reward within sixty (60) days of its issuance. Rewards that remain unclaimed after such period shall expire without further notice and shall be void.

6.      Limitations. Limit one Reward per user per Offer. The Offer is non-transferable, may not be combined with other promotions, and is subject to expiration or merchant-specific terms.

7.      Brand Disclaimer. The Offer and any Reward are not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any associated brands or retailers where Rewards are valid.

8.      Use of “Free”. Any use of the term "free" in connection with an Offer indicates that the item or service is provided at no additional cost to the user, beyond any qualifying purchase or action required as outlined in the Promotion Summary.

9.      General Conditions. The Offer is valid for a limited time. Moovit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer feature at any time, without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Any attempt to manipulate the Offer or create multiple accounts may result in disqualification and withdrawal of the Offer. Moovit is not responsible for any technical failures that may prevent participation or affect the outcome of the promotion.

10.   Limitation of Liability. Moovit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Rewards provided, including but not limited to their quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Moovit is not liable for any damages or losses arising from delays, technical failures, or redemption issues related to the Offer or Reward. Moovit shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or governmental action.

11.   Governing Law. These Promotion T&Cs and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws described in Moovit’s Terms of Service.

12.   Agreement to Terms. By accepting the Offer, participants are deemed to have accepted these Promotion T&Cs and to have agreed to be bound by them. Moovit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotional Offers or their terms at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
