So What Does It Mean To Be A Global Company In 2015?
Published: February 4, 2015
In this magnificent connected-age, it seems like every company is jumping to claim “global” support. In truth, if it were that easy, we’d already have launched Moovit on the moon (we’re working on it).
Fact is, being responsible for over 15 million Moovers, in 50 countries, in 36 languages, takes no less than 100% of our time. And just being ‘available’ everywhere isn’t good enough for us. After all, you just can’t sit on your laurels when other folks around the world are sitting, waiting for their ride.
That’s why everyday feels like the first day for us: constantly looking for new cities to support, new routes to cover, and new languages to communicate in. Even just last month we added 14 new cities in 12 countries spanning 4 continents including:
La Paz, Bolivia
Ribeirão Preto, Brazil
Victoria & Kelowna, Canada
Los Lagos, Chile
San Jose, Costa Rica
Denmark entirely
Blois, France
Potenza, Italy
Bucharest, Romania
Córdoba, Spain
Oklahoma City (OK) & Santa Cruz (CA), USA
Hà Nội, Vietnam
So it’s with no overstatement when we say that every one of your individual efforts helps us help the global community at large. Thanks for helping Moovit make its way around the world!
